Finance & Supply Disclosure

• Supply of Machinery: Britannia Plant & Machinery Ltd facilitates the sourcing and finance of plant equipment. The physical machinery is supplied through our network of authorized bank partners and manufacturers.

• Finance Agreements: All items are subject to third-party finance approval. Your final contract will be with the lending bank, not Britannia directly.

• Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation rights are governed by the lender's terms and UK finance laws (typically including a 14-day cooling-off period for eligible consumers).

• Returns: If a machine is defective upon delivery, we will coordinate with the supplier to arrange a replacement or contract termination at no cost to you.
